1. Where do you source your material?
Currently all of our material is sourced from Spotlight, unless a specific designer is mentioned. Our indigenous scrubs are also sourced from Spotlight but designed by Warlukurlangu artists.
2. What is your returns policy?
1. Change of Mind:
Each piece is individually handmade to the customer so we're unable to offer exchanges or returns for change of mind.
2. Damaged or Defective items:
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To facilitate the refund process, please provide clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. A refund or replacement will be considered on a case-by-case basis upon review of the provided documentation.

3. I have an idea about improvements - where do I send it?

4. I am a Cairns local, do I need to pay for shipping?
No! We're more than happy to deliver your top ourselves. If you live between Gordonvale and Palm cove you're eligible, please select pick up on checkout. Otherwise, we can meet you at Cairns Hospital, Cairns Private Hospital or Cairns Central. You can also keep an eye out on our instagram for our market dates if you'd prefer to try the scrub top on before you purchase it.
5. I am between sizes, what would your recommend?
We will always recommend sizing up as there is nothing worse than being in your uniform for 8 - 12 hours and not feeling like it fits you 110%. Having to adjust your top during your day is not a vibe when you're emptying a catheter, doing a shower assessment or helping someone mobilise post operatively.
If you'd prefer to have two different sizes eg. big hips or a bigger bust but small hips, we're more than happy to make those adjustments to ensure the top is uniquely you and works best for your body. We want you to feel the most comfortable and confident whilst giving top quality patient care. Just select custom sizing when ordering and leave your size preferences or measurements in the 'o box when checking out and we will reach out if we have questions.
6. I want to choose my own fabric, is that an option?
We run a bring your own fabric option that costs $40. If you are outside of the Cairns region, then the shipping to us is at your expense. Please see our BYO program for further information.
7. I want to make/design a specific fabric pattern, is that an option?
We are currently in the process of finding a manufacturer that allows us to keep our quality high but cost to the consumer reasonable. We are hoping to have this program up and running by mid 2026. Please see our local artists page to reach out or recommend someone.
